We source our beans from the lush, mountainous regions of El Merendón, Honduras, where they are handpicked with care and roasted  locally to highlight notes of stone fruit, cacao, and toasted almonds.  Whether it’s a rich espresso or a silky oat milk cappuccino, each sip is a layered, immersive experience meant to be savored. Our menu reflects a timeless Ukranian ensibility married with global creativity. Everything is made in-house using ingredients sourced from local farmers and purveyors who share our values of sustainability and purity. It’s food that honors tradition, yet feels entirely of the moment.  Every plate, every pour, and every interaction is crafted to leave an impression that lingers well beyond the last bite.
